1. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We primarily ship to addresses within the United States. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all standard orders. There are no additional delivery fees added at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

The total time it takes to receive your order consists of processing time and shipping time:

• Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday). During this time, we verify your order, perform quality checks, package the items, and dispatch them to the carrier.
• Shipping Time: 7 - 14 business days. This is the estimated transit time for the package to travel from our fulfillment center to your destination.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 8 to 17 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking information.

4. Delays and Exceptions

While we consistently strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, high holiday volumes, or unexpected carrier issues. 5. Taxes and Duties

For orders shipped within the United States, applicable state sales taxes may be automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on regional laws. Glint Drop is not responsible for any independent handling fees or local tax assessments.
